KixCare services are eligible under most Health Spending Accounts. Diagnostic Testing may not be available in all provinces. Talk to your workplace benefits provider to confirm coverage details.

You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel an appointment at least 48 hours before the start of your appointment.

You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel an appointment between 24 and 48 hours before the start of your appointment.

All appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the appointment (including same-day appointments, no-shows or late appointments), will be charged in full and will be non-refundable. If your appointment is canceled by the healthcare practitioner, a full refund will be issued by KixCare.
